Although our catalogue is on the internet,
we must confess that our methods of operation and business
practices are positively antique. We have no shopping carts
or check out buttons: you must, I'm afraid, deal personally
with me, Bill Hocker, the company proprietor, sculptor,
moldmaker and shipping clerk. Many sets are currently in stock, usually only one set of each
number listed. All sets not in stock are made to order and
orders take 1 to 2 months to fill. If you wish to purchase

Ordering & |
With the
exception of the items on our in-stock page, all sets are made to
order. A receipt and approximate shipping date will be sent
when the order is received. A 1 to 2 month backorder period
should be anticipated. Full
payment must be included at the time of ordering. There are no price discounts beyond those offered on the in-stock page. All prices shown in this catalog are in US$. Shipping Costs: To USA destinations: add $10 per set. To all other destinations (including Canada) add the greater of $35 or 15% of the amount ordered (prices keep going up!). Additional Costs:
Californians add 9% sales tax (more price increases!). Finance charge on credit card orders: add 5% to total order (including shipping and sales tax). Payment:
For
US
orders, include a personal check, money order
or credit card information (Discover, Visa or
Mastercard only) when ordering. A 5% finance charge will be added to credit card orders.
For international orders, include when ordering (in order of preference): (1) foreign bank draft or personal check drawn on US bank in US$, (2) Credit card information (Discover, Visa or Mastercard only) or (3) international postal money order in US$. A 5% finance charge will be added to credit card orders. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Wm. Hocker. Shipping: Orders
within the USA will be sent via Priority Mail. International
orders will be sent Global Express Mail.
All international orders will be declared and insured for their full value. |

Set Numbering |
All sets are numbered
consecutively when introduced into the Wm Hocker line. In
addition, each set is given a number at the time of sale to
mark that particular set. Thus, "No 3/61" indicates this to
be the 61st of set # 3 to be sold. |

Special orders |
Companion
sets (eg: 5 troopers instead of the typical 4 troopers and
officer) may be order at the regular set price when ordered with a regular set. Additional matching figures for any set already
ordered may be special ordered. The cost is $30 per infantry
figure and $50 per cavalry figure.
No other requests for special orders can be
entertained.
Castings, individual guns and individual figures are not for sale. |

Warranty |
I want all my troops
billeted only in happy quarters. All unsatisfactory
purchases may be returned in good condition for replacement
or refund. For goods damaged in shipment please email me or
call 510-841-4458 to arrange for replacement. |

Restoration Work |
We are not, unfortunately, in a position to repair or restore "pre-owned" Wm. Hocker sets. However, this work may be professionally done by Mr. Neil Rhodes of The Toy Soldier Shop of Washington DC |
